Jindal Supreme (India) Limited has come out with an IPO of INR 124.88 crore. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.07 crore equity shares aggregating to INR 99.89 crore and an Offer for Sale of up to 26.87 lakh equity shares worth approximately INR 24.99 crore. The price band has been fixed at INR 88–93 per share, with the issue open for subscription from September 16 to September 18, 2026. The shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Jindal Supreme manufactures a range of steel pipes and tubes, crash barriers and GI tubular poles, catering to infrastructure, construction, road, water supply and industrial applications.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, approximately INR 71 crore is proposed to be utilised for repayment or pre-payment of certain outstanding borrowings, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes. The shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 23, 2026.
