Amit Goyal: Around 20 years ago, we started BizSol with a clear vision to build a team-oriented enterprise. Today, BizSol boasts a team of 50 individuals serving over 100 satisfied clients in various manufacturing sectors across India. Excitingly, in the past two years, we’ve extended our reach to the Middle East, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

TPI: What does the product basket of BizSol Technologies contain? Which are the industries where your products find application?

AG: BizSol specializes in one product – ERP, which comprises various modules such as marketing and sales, material planning and purchase, production planning and inventory control, finance and accounts, and payroll management. Our ERP solution is designed to streamline all aspects of business operations. We excel particularly in serving manufacturing industries because we understand their unique needs. Unlike standard ERPs, we offer customized solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each manufacturing organization. At BizSol, our team is always ready to adapt and customize our ERP to meet the unique needs of our clients in the manufacturing sector.

TPI: BizSol Technologies makes the best use of the latest technology to help its clients not just to remain in the race, but to lead the race. Please elaborate.

AG: In today’s digital era, new advanced technologies and machinery emerge constantly. At BizSol, our ERP is fully equipped to seamlessly integrate with these advancements using technology like APIs. This ensures effective communication and synchronization between our ERP system and the latest machinery, enabling businesses to stay ahead in the digital age.

TPI: Kindly tell us more about your market footprint and major clientele.

AG: Our market footprint in the tube and pipe industry is significant, with a strong presence spanning across various segments and regions. We have established ourselves as a trusted partner and solution provider for companies operating in this sector, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges. Some of our major clients in the steel and pipe industry are Good Luck India, Hi-Tech Pipes, Hariom Concast and Steel Private Limited, JTL Industries, SG Mart (APL Apollo), MKK Metal Section, Inframat Alloys Private Limited, Gaurang Products Private Limited, Vibhor Steel Tubes Private Limited, RK Steels Manufacturing Private Limited, PS Steel Tubes, Rama Steel Tubes Limited, Garg Tubes.

Apart from these, we have exposure in different manufacturing industries, such as foreign, PVC pipes, steel structure, acrylic fiber, paper, etc. We are continuously expanding our market footprint.

TPI: Research and Development plays an important role in the growth of a company. What is your take on this?

AG: R&D helps in the improvement of our ERP solution, making it ready for customers with an advanced version. It allows companies to use new technologies to stand out from competitors. Continuous R&D keeps companies relevant by adapting to market changes. It drives a company’s growth by fostering innovation, expanding markets, improving efficiency, ensuring long-term success, generating new revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and attracting talent and investment.

TPI: How do you plan to enhance your business presence in India as well as at the global level?

AG: In order to enhance our business presence in India, we take the following steps:

  • Use digital marketing and develop a strong online sales platform.
  • Collaborate with Indian businesses and tech hubs.

TPI: Please share recent developments at BizSol Technologies. Where do you see yourself five years down the line?

AG: We’re transitioning our product to a web application using Angular, a platform-independent framework. This move allows us to reimagine our product with enhanced flexibility and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and operating systems. By leveraging Angular’s robust features, we’re poised to deliver a modern, responsive solution that meets the evolving needs of our clients. We aim to establish BizSol ERP as a leading brand in the tech world within the next five years. Our mission is to provide SMEs with an effective system for better analytics and significant business growth.
