The INR 405 crore book-built IPO comprises a fresh issue of 87.65 lakh equity shares worth INR 355 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 12.35 lakh shares worth INR 50 crore. The issue will remain open until September 28, 2026, with the basis of allotment expected to be finalised on September 29.
A-One Steels operates as a backward-integrated steel manufacturer, producing a diversified portfolio of long and flat steel products and industrial products. Its portfolio includes TMT bars, HR coils, CR coils, ferro silicon and met coke, while the company also converts MS billets into pipes and tubes for domestic and industrial applications.
Of the fresh issue proceeds, INR 250 crore is proposed to be utilised for partial repayment of outstanding borrowings, with the remaining amount earmarked for general corporate purposes. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE, with the market debut currently expected on October 1, 2026.
