Shear Blades
DeeTee manufactures shear blades up to 3500 mm length. Shear Blades are manufactured for both hot and cold operations and are available to shear foils as thin as 0.2 mm and billets as thick as 100 mm.
Tube/ Section Mill Rolls & Solution
With an uncompromising commitment to quality, DeeTee manufactures tube and section forming rolls, tube straightening rolls, bar/wire mill rolls, and rolls for seamless tubes. Other products include floating flange rolls, integrated rolls, tube cut-off knives, shrink-fitted rolls, polished rolls, and carbide rolls & rings.
Slitter Tooling
Our slitting knives are capable of slitting all kinds of applications such as carbon steels, stainless steels, silicon steels, non-ferrous metals, hardened and tempered grades, high tensile grades, special alloys, etc. The tolerances on spacers are equally important like knives. Spacers are made from 100Cr6 / SAE52100 / 1.2067 material which is a thorough hardening grade and gives more dimensional stability compared to carburizing steels. Stainless Steel & higher chrome spacers can also be supplied for corrosion resistance.
Sendzimir Mill Rolls
DeeTee stands as one of the most trusted manufacturers of sendzimir mill rolls, earning the trust of world-renowned steel manufacturers in India and across the globe. Our precision-crafted product line encompasses sendzimir mill/cluster mill rolls and 20 hi mill rolls, which include work rolls, 1st intermediate rolls, 2nd intermediate rolls, and Z hi mill rolls.
Recent Developments
Production Capacity Enhancement: Our major development has been the production capacity enhancement. Currently, we are manufacturing 11,000 pieces of knives, metal spacers, rubber-bonded metal spacers, and separator discs every month. Notably, approximately 4,500 pieces are crafted with a remarkable thickness tolerance of +/- 0.001 mm. This improvement in precision and output is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers.
Expansion Update: Another significant development is our facility expansion. Within the next few months, we will be relocating to a new and significantly larger facility, boasting an impressive area of approximately 100,000 square feet. This expansion is a strategic move to accommodate our growing needs and better serve our valued customers. The new facility will be equipped with upgraded and sophisticated machinery, further enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. We are confident that this investment will not only optimize our production processes but also significantly increase our monthly production capacity.
Tooling Management Software: Furthermore, we have developed a new tooling management software i.e. Smart Slit. Smart Slit is an industry-oriented software that is easy to set up and is operator friendly. The software has been designed to offer accurate setup by easy data entry in inches/mm. It intelligently selects the optimum sizes of spacers from the inventory.
