East Pipes has approved the establishment of a new external pipe coating line in Dammam, worth approximately USD 21 million (SAR 78.5 million), doubling the plant’s capacity from 4 million square meters, to 8 million square meters per year.

Saudi Arabia based pipe manufacturer East Pipes has approved the establishment of a new external pipe coating line in Dammam. The project is expected to initiate in Feb 2026 and is expected to be completed in FY 2027-28.

The company indicated that this new pipe coating line will increase the capacity of the plant two-folds, from around 4 million square meters, to 8 million square meters per year. The total cost of investment is SAR 78.5 million (approx. USD 21 million). The project is funded through cash transactions, financial programs, and bank facilities.
