Gallantt Ispat Limited has appointed Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 1, 2026, following board approval.
Mr. Satpathy brings over 28 years of experience in finance management, corporate planning, cost control, and audit. He has previously held senior leadership roles at JSW Steel, Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited, and Bhushan Power and Steel Limited.

His appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and compliance framework as it continues to expand its operations.
