Hariom Pipe Industries Limited (HPIL) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to establish an integrated steel plant in the Gadchiroli district.
The project entails an investment of approximately INR 3,135 crore. Under the agreement, the state government will extend support by providing fiscal incentives and assisting the company in obtaining the required approvals, registrations, and clearances in accordance with prevailing policies and regulations.

HPIL clarified that the MoU is purely for project development and does not involve any equity participation, related-party transactions, or issuance of shares.
