Indian Hume Pipe has bagged an order value of INR 858.88 crore from Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation, Jalgaon (Dhule Irrigation Project Circle), for the construction of a gravity-piped distribution network in Maharashtra.
The company said in an exchange filing that it has secured a letter of intent (LoI) with an order value of INR 858.88 crore (excluding royalty, insurance, GST, land acquisition and crop compensation) from Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation.
The order involves the execution of work on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and the trial, testing, and commissioning of a gravity-piped distribution network to irrigate a 26,907-hectare command area of Jamphal Dam under the Sulwade Jamphal Kanoli Lift Irrigation project Tal Shindkheda in Dhule district of Maharashtra.

The order, which includes operation and maintenance of the entire system for five years, is to be executed within 24 months.
