TPI: What will you showcase at Tube Düsseldorf to highlight India’s technological capabilities and manufacturing excellence to a global audience?
Rahul Gujar: Tube Dusseldorf is one of the biggest events to showcase our product line, as this event pulls the buyers and suppliers from across the globe. Our focus would be to present all the latest advancements that we have done in the pipe and tube category. We will showcase our coil tubing, high temperature tubing, special customised tubing for the energy, semiconductor, pharma, aerospace, and engineering sector. We will emphasize on advanced manufacturing technologies, stringent quality and testing standards and sustainable production practices. Our steps to produce green products and lower down the carbon emissions in the environment.
TPI: International trade fairs play a crucial role in shaping industry collaborations. How do platforms like Tube Düsseldorf help Indian manufacturers connect with global markets and customers?
RG: International trade fairs play a crucial role as it gives a platform to share our new developments and get new ideas for diversification. Many Indian manufacturers are participating in Tube Dusseldorf for multiple years. Today we can connect with buyers in this event showcasing our Make in India offerings while meeting the stringent global standards required for critical segments and positioning us as reliable, cost effective and ideal producers in the global market. These events provide brand visibility and strengthen and build the business relationship.
TPI: From your participation at Tube Düsseldorf, what key global market insights are you hoping to gain and bring back to strengthen India’s tube and pipe manufacturing ecosystem?
RG: This event helps us to get the global market trend and understand the changing buying behaviour of our customer in context to various factors like tariff, quota, CBAM and various other compliance factors. We incorporate the ideas to adapt ourselves to these changes and strategically implement new ideas to keep the business going. The tube and pipe business is very competitive in the current scenario and we have multiple players offering similar product lines. These events help us to implement new diverse ideas so that we can stand out in the crowd and outclass the competition.
TPI: Over the years, how have you seen India’s representation evolve at international trade fairs, and how do you contribute to strengthening India’s image as a global engineering hub?
RG: Over the years, we have seen significant evolvement of Indian players from cost effective suppliers to solution providers with advanced technology and new ideas. We are the largest producers of stainless steel products in India, and would like to present India as the key supplier across the globe. Today we are working on producing sustainable products and we have done various advancements in our production units. We have incorporated solar electricity consumption shifting from the conventional use, we focus on various CSR activities. We are integrated manufacturers and we believe in supplying what we produce without any falsification that gives our customers complete assurance and reliability.
Today we have positioned ourselves to support our buyers with complete stainless steel piping and tubing solutions. We are actively working on the global market, adopting international standards, and investing in modern technologies.
TPI: What core Indian manufacturing strengths differentiate you on the global stage? For what turnkey solutions is the world looking at India?
RG: We are the integrated manufacturers providing total piping solutions. Today we are holding one of the largest product baskets and the trust that we are Make In India producers. We offer various products like- SS pipe, H&I tube, heat exchanger tube, high temperature tube, nickel alloy tube, coil tube and high purity tube with more products to be added in coming years in different segments. Today we have positioned ourselves to support our buyers with complete stainless steel piping and tubing solutions. We are actively working on the global market, adopting international standards, and investing in modern technologies. This builds the trust in our buyers and prospects, making us an established contributor to the global value chain.
TPI: Technology partnerships and acquisitions are critical today. How are Indo-global collaborations helping reinforce India’s engineering leadership?
RG: Technology partnership and acquisitions are the continuous process as we need to be available in the market as per the market requirement. Indo-global collaboration plays a pivotal role and we follow the same. We have various collaborations already done in the past and we are looking forward to new ones in coming years. These partnerships give an extra edge with mutual sharing and development.

TPI: Which international regions do you see as strategic growth markets, and how is India positioned as your global manufacturing base to support these expansions?
RG: For us, Europe, America, Middle East and Far East Asia are the strategic growth markets. We have a good presence in the global market and are looking for further penetration in different segments. Today we are supplying SS pipes and tubes in various regions, we are working on our brand visibility in all these regions and highlight the products which can now be produced as Make in India like Nickel Alloy tube, High Temperature tube, Coil tube and Hi Purity tube.
