Tube & Pipe India: Kindly share details about your business journey, highlighting major milestones and crucial achievements.

Chirag Patel: Polytech Projects LLP is a relatively new company, established in January 2024. Earlier, the company was known as Sumit Enterprise. We specialize in manufacturing a premium range of equipment. Our team boasts strong technical capabilities, ensuring the quality of our products. We’ve secured supplier contracts for fume extraction systems in Tamil Nadu and pickling tanks in Telangana, indicating customers’ trust in our new venture.

TPI: Please give information about your manufacturing plants and annual production capacity.

CP: Our manufacturing plants are located in Ahmedabad and Bakrol, Gujarat. We manufacture a “premium range” of products, mostly custom production in large volumes. We focus on specific equipment like scrubbers, filters, tanks, and pickling tanks. We produce these in-house or partner with other manufacturers for larger projects.

TPI: What does the product basket of Polytech Projects contain? Which are the industries where your products find application? Please give information about market footprint also.

CP: We have an extensive product basket, comprising tanks, scrubbers, degassing towers, blowers, venturis, chimneys, agitators, fume hoods, covers, ducts, hoppers, nutsche filters, hot dip galvanizing lines, and many more. These products are likely made from polymer materials, which are known for their versatility, corrosion resistance and lightweight properties. We deliver all over the world. Our major clients are from the global steel and chemical industries.

We focus on quality and infrastructure, along with innovation, customer satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance. This makes Polytech a trusted brand for manufacturing of premium range equipment.

TPI: What is the USP of Polytech Projects that sets it apart from others? How does R&D help you to stay ahead of the curve in the industry?

CP: We focus on quality and infrastructure with our team of technical experts. We lay stress on innovation, customer focus, sustainability, and compliance. Research and Development plays an important role in the growth of a company. We do a lot of innovation to stay ahead and improve our products & processes.

TPI: How do you plan to enhance your business presence in India as well as at the global level?

CP: I can improve to better serve users in India and globally by learning more languages, understanding cultures, and becoming more knowledgeable. I aim to be a global resource for all.

CP: Trade fairs offer a powerful platform for industries, providing brand exposure, networking opportunities, industry insights, and information on product launches. They provide an opportunity to showcase our products and services to a targeted audience, thus helping in generating leads. We get to build connections with potential clients, suppliers, and partners. They also help in remaining abreast about trends, innovations, and competitor strategies.

TPI: Please share details of recent developments at Polytech Projects. Where do you see yourself five years down the line?

CP: Polytech appears to be on a growth trajectory, with recent developments like strategic leadership changes, a push into storage and pollution control solutions (including a collaborative effort in USA), and a commitment to sustainability initiatives (like polyurethane waste recycling). Projecting five years ahead, Polytech is likely to maintain its focus on innovation in industrial storage and pollution control solutions, sustainability, and its established areas of strength.
