Italy-based Profiltubi in Reggiolo and its subsidiary Officine Metallurgiche Ventura S.p.A. (OMV) have purchased five Thermatool Solid State HF Welders. The new equipment will replace the current welder technology with the latest high-efficiency technology which ensures maximum productivity.
The Thermatool welders have the latest Thermaview operator HMI systems, allowing the display of real-time data, and integrated interactive information, including Industry 4.0 communication capability for data exchanges with customers’ SCADA systems. The investment will further drive the company’s high-quality expectations using the latest technologies for the high-quality production of tubes and pipes.
