Ratnamani Metals & Tubes’ subsidiary Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited (RFSS) is undertaking a major infrastructure expansion to increase its annual spooling manufacturing capacity from 1,400 MT to 4,000 MT. The expansion is aimed at enabling the company to handle larger volumes and more complex project requirements.

RFSS, which specialises in high-integrity pipe spool fabrication and support systems, catering to critical industries like nuclear and thermal power and oil & gas, is expanding its infrastructure to support its growing project pipeline. The company is currently holding an active order book exceeding INR 300 crore, which it plans to execute over the next nine months in India and internationally.

The expanded capacity is expected to be ready by Q3 FY27, with commercial production scheduled to commence in Q4 FY27. The capacity increase of 2,600 MT will take RFSS’s annual capability to 4,000 MT, strengthening its ability to undertake significantly larger volumes and more complex project scopes.
