Briyanshi Sanghavi: Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited is an Indian company specializing in the manufacturing and exporting of washers/sheet metal parts/sheet finishing and stainless steel pipes and tubes in various types of Austenite stainless steel grades. We have grown significantly over the years, establishing ourselves as a prominent player in the Indian metal industry. Achieving ISO 9001-2015 certification demonstrated our commitment to quality management systems. Ratnaveer is a Government of India recognized export house, selling its premium products to more than 70 countries all over the world. We have received several awards for excellence in manufacturing and export performance. We have strengthened our distribution network across key international markets, establishing long-term partnerships with global clients. Ratnaveer is positioned for further growth by exploring new markets and expanding our product portfolio. TPI: Please give information about your manufacturing plants and annual production capacity.
BS: Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is spread in 50000 sq ft. Our current manufacturing capacity is 8000 MTPA in various stainless steel components and 6000 MTPA in stainless steel welded – seamless tubes & pipes.
TPI: What does the product basket of Ratnaveer contain? Which are the industries where your products find application? Please give information about your market footprint as well.
BS: Ratnaveer is known for offering a diverse range of products primarily related to metal and alloy materials. Our product basket typically includes stainless steel washers, fasteners, sheets, coils, pipes, tubes.
These products find application across various industries, including but not limited to oil and gas (pipelines, refineries and offshore platforms); chemical & petrochemicals (in chemical processing plants, storage facilities); power generation (thermal, nuclear, hydro and renewable energy sectors); automotive (in automobile components and structural parts); construction (building infrastructure and industrial facilities); food processing (particularly stainless steel products for hygiene, beverages, corrosion resistance plants); pharmaceuticals (in equipment and facilities requiring high cleanliness standards); and water treatment (in pipelines, tanks, filtration systems).
