Spread across 11 acres with nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of operational space, the facility houses four advanced production units, including a fully optimised stainless steel tube milling facility, with a monthly capacity of 400 tonnes of SS304 and SS316L pipes.

Rhinox has inaugurated its new stainless steel pipe manufacturing plant in Karnal, Haryana, marking a major step in India’s advanced manufacturing landscape.
Spread across 11 acres with nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of operational space, the facility houses four advanced production units, including a fully optimised stainless steel tube milling facility, with a monthly capacity of 400 tonnes of SS304 and SS316L pipes. All products adhere to stringent DIN, ASTM, and NB standards, ensuring global acceptance.
The automated production lines deploy Autogenous Longitudinal Tungsten Gas welding with online bright annealing, delivering stronger welds and a superior finish.
The company also has an in-house metals and pipes testing lab that conducts destructive and non-destructive evaluations to maintain quality of the product.

Rhinox has secured raw material supply through long-term partnerships with leading players such as Jindal Stainless Steel, Outokumpu, and POSCO India, reinforcing its commitment to high-pressure, precision-driven tubing solutions.
