Shree Nakoda Pipe Impex, the manufacturer of ERW pipes, specializing in MS and hot dip galvanized products, with a production capacity of 12,000 MT per month, aims to be the leading manufacturer of MS ERW & GI pipes and MBCB products in central India. They recently started manufacturing the MBCB products and aspire to expand the range to cover at least 150 km monthly. In a recent interaction with Tube & Pipe India magazine, Mr. Sparsh Goel & Mr. Anshul Jindal, Directors, Shree Nakoda Pipe Impex, shared about their participation in the Tube Dusseldorf 2024, its product showcase, recent developments, and future plans.

Our product range spans from 1/2 to 7 inches, encompassing round, square, and rectangle pipes, all under the esteemed brand name “Hector Pipes”. We are here to showcase our ERW & hot dip galvanized product line including round pipes, 1/2-7 inch round pipes, square hollow sections 20X20-150X150, and rectangular hollow sections 25X50-100X200.
Recent Developments
We are expanding our product range continuously as per the market demands. We have recently started manufacturing Metal Beam Crash Barrier (MBCB) products such as W beam metal crash barriers, which are used pan India on NHAI/MORTH highways aligned with railway/RDSO specifications; Thrie Beam Metal Crash Barriers, which are used pan India on NHAI/MORTH highways; etc. We have proudly supplied our products to the top road contractors of India. We recently received an order from the Indian Railways for putting up crash barriers of approximately 100 km length.
Future Plans
We aim to be the biggest manufacturer of MS ERW & GI pipes and MBCB products in central India. Our goal is to expand our pipe ranging up to 20 inches & MBCB products, which may cover at least 150 km monthly.
Our ERW pipe range is from 15NB to 175NB pipes conforming to BIS standards with an annual capacity of 1,50,000 MTPA. We aim to install two mills ranging from 200 NB to 300 NB by 2024.

Our USP is that we manufacture every product in-house under one roof maintaining a consistent quality to develop our country’s infrastructure and once we do that, we know the world will have open doors for us.
Market Footprint and Clientele
Starting with supplies in the trade network, we have now started marketing our products in trade networks pan India & earned recognition for our brand Hector Pipes. We have successfully bidded for government tenders like GSRTC, Jal Jeevan Mission, Har Ghar Jal Yojna, OEM’S, and are currently looking at spreading our wings further.
