Tata Steel has signed an agreement with Australia’s InQuik Group to bring modular bridge construction technology to India. This technology uses ready-made steel parts that are filled with concrete on-site, helping build bridges faster and at lower costs. It is especially useful in remote areas or places with tough weather conditions. The aim is to combine Tata Steel’s manufacturing might with InQuik’s ready-to-install bridge design.

Tata Steel CEO & MD T.V. Narendran noted that the move supports the company’s strategic shift from pure steel manufacturing to smart, sustainable construction solutions. InQuik CEO Logan Mullaney said the partnership marks a significant milestone in expanding their modular bridge systems into India’s fast-growing infrastructure sector.
