Tata Steel is investing upto USD 2 billion in T Steel Holdings, a wholly owned Singapore-based subsidiary of the company, by subscribing to its equity shares in one or more tranches from fiscal 2027.

Tata Steel has also approved an investment of up to USD 2 billion in T Steel Holdings, a wholly owned Singapore-based subsidiary, by subscribing to its equity shares in one or more tranches from fiscal 2027. Tata Steel will invest over INR 18,000 crore in T Steel Holdings (TSHP), that will be utilised by the company to support overseas subsidiaries for their business operations and for repayment or prepayment of existing debt in multiple tranches.
