Leading manufacturers of steel pipes & tubes, steel poles, steel structure (medium to heavy fabrication) and different kinds of polymer pipes, Vishal Pipes Limited is coming up with a new facility by 2025 (Ph-1), having steel manufacturing capacity of 75,000 MTPA. The 35-year-old company currently has a capacity to produce ERW steel hollow sections up to 2,45,000 MT annually. This year they have made major changes to their ERW steel hollow sections manufacturing facility to enhance production capacity, reduce cost of production, achieve high precision and to touch new horizons. This was revealed by Mr. Nirmal Agarwal, Director – Public Relations, Vishal Pipes, during an interaction with Tube & Pipe India magazine.

Vishal Pipes Limited actively participates in various important exhibitions across the globe to showcase our products and attract new business opportunities. These platforms allow us to engage with potential customers and industry experts to gain valuable insights. We have been participating in the Tube Dusseldorf since 2014 and have been celebrating our growth with our clientele during the event. This exhibition has provided a great platform to access the Western market. We are showcasing all our products falling under the tubes and hollow sections category, e.g. ERW steel tubes, square & rectangular hollow sections, pilling pipes, metallic fire sprinklers, torque tubes for solar panel structures, welded structural sections, PVC tubes, polyolefin tubes, and many other.
Recent Developments
Recently, we launched a wide range of decorative tubes, in 300+ shades in various types of textures & finishes. Additionally, we have made major changes to our ERW steel hollow sections manufacturing facility to enhance the production capacity, reduce the cost of production, achieve high precision, and touch new horizons. We have also increased our polyolefins capacity three times up to 25,000 MTPA.
Future Plans
Our team is very ambitious and in the coming years, we will take the company to new heights. We have planned to develop a completely new facility for steel structures, girders, railway structures, PEBs, transmission structures, tubular structures, and many other steel products widely used in developing the infrastructure of any country. The new facility will be developed in two phases. In phase 1, which is expected to be completed by 2025, we will be processing 75,000 MT steel every year. By 2030, we will be completing our Phase-2 developments.
Furthermore, we have planned to develop new facilities with the world’s most advanced machinery in the tubes and hollow sections sector, and polymer sector as well. We have already acquired 95,000 sq meters of land in Sikandrabad, UP to achieve our long-term goals.

We have a presence all across the globe. We have a deep-rooted market in our home country. Apart from India, we are supplying to almost all continents. We have a presence in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Africa. Most of our clients have been associated with us for more than 6-8 years. Some of them have been working with us since the inception of the company. Soon, we will come up with our own company in GCC and from there, we will be supplying our manufactured goods to the entire Africa and the Middle East.
