An associate company of homegrown Welspun Corp Limited has signed multiple agreements worth about INR 3,670 crore with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the supply of steel pipes.
As per an exchange filing of Welspun Corp, the duration of these contracts is 19 months and the financial impact of the contracts will be reflected from the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25 to the last quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
The company said that East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), an associate company of Welspun, has signed a multi-contract deal with Aramco worth approximately INR 3,670 crore, inclusive of value added tax for manufacturing and supply of steel pipes.

EPIC is Saudi Arabia’s leading manufacturer of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes, said Welspun Corp.
