Welspun Corp announced that its associate EPIC has won a major INR 1,165 crore steel pipe contract from the Saudi Water Authority.

Welspun Corp has reported that its associate company, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), has signed a significant contract with the Saudi Water Authority. The agreement involves the manufacturing and supply of steel pipes valued at over 485 million Saudi Riyals, equivalent to about INR 1,165 crore including VAT.
The six-month contract is expected to begin contributing to EPIC’s financial performance from the fourth quarter of FY 2025–26 and extend into the first quarter of FY 2026–27. This order reinforces the company’s strong project pipeline and highlights its growing role in Saudi Arabia’s ongoing infrastructure development.

EPIC is widely recognized as one of the Kingdom’s leading producers of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes. This latest contract further strengthens its leadership in the Gulf’s expanding water and utility networks.
