Welspun Corp Limited has incorporated Welspun Global Jordan, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary, to undertake the manufacturing and processing of iron and steel pipes, tubes and related products for the water, gas, oil and other industrial sectors.

Welspun Corp Limited has incorporated a new step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Welspun Global Jordan (WGJ), in Jordan, effective October 12, 2026. The company received the Certificate of Registration from Jordan’s Companies Control Department on October 13, 2026.

The incorporation was carried out by Welspun Global Holdings Limited (WGHL), DIFC, UAE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Welspun Corp. WGJ has been incorporated with an initial paid-up share capital of Jordanian Dinar (JOD) 50,000, fully subscribed by WGHL.

The new subsidiary will undertake the manufacturing, production, processing and fabrication of iron and steel wires, tubes and pipes, including line pipes and other tubular products for transporting water, gas and oil, as well as applications across other industrial sectors. Its business activities will also include the casting and processing of iron and steel and the manufacture of products and components derived from these activities.
