Maharashtra Seamless Limited (MSL) has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, “MSL Seamless Tubes Limited,” as part of its strategic growth and business expansion plans. The new entity, incorporated in India on May 15, 2026, will engage in the manufacturing of pipes and power generation activities.

The subsidiary has been incorporated with an authorized capital of INR 5 lakh, fully held by Maharashtra Seamless Limited through cash consideration. The move reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its presence in the seamless tubes and pipes segment while expanding its operational capabilities.
