Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue in FY26 while announcing a strategic foray into the pipe spooling business, and INR 185 crore letter of intent from a leading data centre player. The company posted FY26 revenue of INR 1,166.8 crore, up 21.7% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 13.7% to INR 190.6 crore and PAT increased 9.7% to INR 101.9 crore.

Riding on strong domestic demand, capacity ramp-up and increasing participation in high-value industrial applications, Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue in FY26. As part of its expansion strategy, the company is investing around INR 70 crore in a dedicated spooling and fabrication facility, strengthening its transition from stainless steel pipes to integrated engineered piping solutions. Venus Pipes also completed its ongoing capacity expansion, commissioned new seamless pipe and fittings capacities, installed a INR 12 crore JCO machine for higher-length welded pipes, and initiated a 6.1 MW solar power project expected to deliver annual savings of INR 6 crore.
