Under Phase I, the company plans to add 95,000 Tonnes Per Annum (TPA) of CR capacity, 31,000 TPA of coated steel capacity and 90,000 TPA of colour-coated steel capacity. The first phase is estimated to require around INR 375 crores and is expected to be completed by approximately FY2030.

As part of the first phase, the company is already implementing a Colour Coating Line – II, and shortly commencing the implementation of a Cold Rolling Mill. Additionally, the company also proposes to invest in additional capacity of GP/Alu Zinc Coils Production to cater for demand.

In Phase II, the company proposes to add another 1,00,000 TPA each of CR and coated steel capacity and 90,000 TPA of colour-coated steel capacity. Following the completion of both phases, total capacities are expected to reach 2,75,000 TPA of CR, 2,75,200 TPA of coated steel and 2,40,000 TPA of colour-coated steel. Phase II is targeted for completion by approximately FY2034 and is estimated to require INR 425 crores plus land value.
