JSW Group, one of the leading business houses in the country, having sustainable presence in various sectors including steel, energy, infrastructure, cement, paints, B2B ecommerce, venture capital, defence, green mobility and sports, will establish a steel plant in Maharashtra with an investment of INR 1 lakh crore.
The announcement was made by Mr. Sajjan Jindal, Chairman of the USD 24 billion group, during the ‘Advantage Vidarbha’ conclave in Nagpur.
Mr. Jindal said the 25 million tonne steel plant would be established in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra in the next seven to eight years.
