Indipower Steel acquires Caparo’s Dewas tube plant, boosting its precision tube capacity and market presence across key industrial sectors.

Indipower Steel Works Private Limited, part of the Sarthak Singapore Group, has acquired Caparo Engineering’s Dewas-based tube manufacturing plant. Effective April 1, 2025, the facility has a monthly capacity of 3,300 metric tonnes.
This acquisition significantly enhances Indipower’s presence in precision tube segments, enabling production of ERW, CDW, APH, boiler, and heat-exchanger tubes in carbon and alloy variants. Positioned to serve critical industries, including automotive, energy, infrastructure, and engineering, the Dewas plant ensures a consistent supply of tubes tailored for demanding applications.
