Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited is coming up with two brownfield expansion plans in Kutch, Gujarat- a new carbon steel HSAW spiral pipe facility for producing pipes up to 18 metres in length and diameters ranging from 18 to 143 inches and a CSAW plant for manufacturing high-thickness CSAW pipes with diameter up to 150 mm.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited is developing a new carbon steel HSAW spiral pipe facility for producing pipes up to 18 metres in length and diameters ranging from 18 to 143 inches. The facility has a production capacity of 1,00,000 MT.
The plant will be set up in Kutch, Gujarat and is a brownfield expansion. The expected timeline for the project is March 2026.
Additionally, the company is also establishing a CSAW plant for the manufacturing of high-thickness CSAW pipes with up to 150 mm, 18 metres in length and with a maximum pipe weight of 60 MT. The production capacity for CSAW pipes will increase from 48,000 MT to 75,000 MT, with a maximum pipe diameter of 200 inches. This brownfield expansion plan is expected to be completed by December 2025.

The company is also commissioning a greenfield coating plant in Odisha to supplement the spiral welded pipe plant. The projected timeline for this plant is Dec 2025.
