Rajputana Stainless is expanding its stainless steel capacity to 60,000 MTPA in FY27 and investing INR 57.47 crore in a new seamless pipes facility.

Rajputana Stainless Limited is strengthening its manufacturing capabilities through capacity expansion and forward integration into stainless steel seamless pipes. The company plans to increase its existing stainless steel melting capacity from 48,000 MTPA to 60,000 MTPA in FY27, representing a 25% increase. The additional capacity has already been installed and is awaiting commissioning.

As part of its diversification strategy, the company is setting up a stainless steel seamless pipes manufacturing unit with an annual capacity of 9,600 MTPA within its existing facility at Panchmahal, Gujarat. The project involves a total investment of INR 57.47 crore, funded through INR 39.16 crore from internal accruals and INR 18.31 crore from IPO proceeds. Commercial operations are scheduled to begin on April 1, 2027. The company is targeting 80% capacity utilisation by FY28.
