Maharashtra Seamless Limited (MSL) has announced the start of operations of its jack-up rig, Jindal Explorer, for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) under a three-year charter hire agreement. The contract, facilitated through Jindal Drilling & Industries Limited, ensures a stable revenue stream for MSL and strengthens its partnership with India’s largest upstream oil and gas producer.
