Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Maharashtra for setting up a 2 million TPA integrated steel plant at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
The MoU was signed on Jan 22, 2026, at Davos, Switzerland. The proposed project investment is worth INR 12,262 crore, with direct employment of 2600 staff/workers.

The Government of Maharashtra will facilitate obtaining necessary permissions/ registrations/ approvals/ clearances/ fiscal incentives, etc. from the concerned departments of the State, as per the policies/rules and regulations.
