Scoda Tubes Limited has proposed capacity addition of welded tubes & pipes at Mehsana, Gujarat. The capacity addition is proposed in addition to the existing expansion plan of the company as disclosed in Prospectus dated May 30, 2025.
The company’s existing capacity is 1,020 MTPA (excluding capacity addition proposed in Prospectus) and the proposed capacity addition is up to 8,000 MTPA. The period within which the proposed capacity is to be added is by the end of Q3 FY 2026-27.

The total investment required for this addition is INR 400 million (including applicable taxes). The mode of financing is internal accrual and term loan from the bank. The capacity addition will enhance both the product offering and market position, meeting the customer demand.
