Dynamic Forge & Fittings has completed manufacturing hot induction bends for Oil India’s Duliajan–Numaligarh Gas Pipeline project, meeting stringent technical specifications.

Dynamic Forge & Fittings (I) Pvt. Ltd. has announced the successful production of hot induction bends for the Oil India Limited Duliajan–Numaligarh Gas Pipeline (DNPL) project. The components were manufactured to meet strict engineering and quality requirements for critical pipeline infrastructure.
The bends were produced using TMCP line pipes to ensure enhanced strength and toughness, along with one-metre tangent lengths to meet precise pipeline design specifications. The manufacturing process also included Post Bend Heat Treatment (PBHT) to achieve optimal mechanical properties.

To ensure operational reliability and safety, the components underwent 100% hydrostatic testing under witnessed inspection. The company stated that the project reflects its focus on precision engineering, stringent quality control, and reliable solutions for demanding pipeline applications
