DEE Development Engineers Limited has commenced commercial production at its new seamless pipe manufacturing plant in Kutch, Gujarat, marking a key expansion milestone.

The facility adds 7,000 MTPA of seamless pipes and tubes capacity, enhancing the company’s product portfolio and supporting backward integration initiatives. The project involves a capital expenditure of INR 89.74 crore, primarily towards plant & machinery and infrastructure.

As part of its growth pipeline, the company has already secured an order worth INR 58 crore for the seamless plant, providing early demand visibility ahead of scale-up.

The new unit is expected to contribute incremental revenues from Q1 FY27, with capacity utilisation ramping up over the next four quarters. With this expansion and new capacity addition, DEE Development Engineers is strengthening its position in the high-value seamless pipe segment while building a stronger order book for the upcoming fiscal.
