Goodluck India Limited is strengthening its tube and pipe business through capacity expansion in GI conduit pipes, precision tubes and hydraulic tubes, while increasing its focus on higher-margin value-added products.

The company plans to add 40,000–45,000 tonnes of capacity during FY27, primarily in GI conduit pipes and front fork tubes under its precision tube segment, taking its overall installed capacity from 500,000 tonnes towards 600,000 tonnes. Goodluck’s hydraulic tube business, a key value-added segment, achieved around 50% capacity utilisation in FY26 and is expected to reach 65–70% in FY27, supported by rising demand.

The company also sees strong export opportunities in GI conduit pipes for the US market, with management indicating EBITDA margins of around 15–20%, significantly higher than conventional steel products.
