Indian Hume Pipe has finalized the sale of its freehold land in Venkatala village, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for INR 559 crore. The land spanning approximately 40,875.668 square meters  has been  sold and monetized, strengthening the company’s liquidity.

This strategic sale will boost the company’s cash reserves, potentially for  operational efficiency and future expansion. This has also led to the increase of the company’s stock price.
