Theme of Participation & Product Showcase
We are a leading company manufacturing plants for the production of stainless steel and carbon steel tubes in India. At present, our product portfolio consists of 75+ machine models in 15+ various product categories. Tube mills for ERW pipes, tube straightening machines, and draw benches for seamless and welded tubes are the main contributors to our revenue.

We have been participating in the Tube Düsseldorf trade fair since 2006 and have been showcasing our progressive development in the exhibition. In Tube 2024, we are showcasing a Split-type tube mill roll, which is used in exclusive tube mills to manufacture tubes of high-strength materials like duplex stainless steel and titanium alloys. We are also exhibiting a tube straightening machine roller. Both of these exhibits will put emphasis on our design capabilities and manufacturing accuracies.

Recent Developments
We are continuously adding new automation features to our machines to increase productivity and reduce manpower. We have made improvements to make our machines compatible with Industry 4.0 and SCADA, which can generate production reports and monitor OEE autonomously.

We have recently designed and supplied a fully automatic high-speed drawbench that can draw tubes at 50 metres/minute. Straightening machine for tube size up to 10″ NB also delivered to our valued customer recently. The improvisation of the roll profile design has received great response from the customers and output tube quality from the tube mills has improved significantly.

Future Plans
At present, our production infrastructure consists of 4 manufacturing plants, 70+ machine tools, and 200+ manpower. We are in the process of enhancing the manufacturing capability further to produce 100 machines per year by Fy25.

Currently, we have numerous projects under design development. Some of them are as follows:

  • Automatic drawbench for the continuous production of copper busbar
  • Push pointer of various capacities
  • Mobile application, which can be used by industry professionals as a pocket calculator for a number of different calculations related to the tube industry
  • Stainless steel tube mill with online bright annealing furnace
  • Automatic offline tube cutting machine

In the future, we want to develop the Direct Forming Technology (DFT) mill to produce square and rectangular tubes directly without tool change. We are also planning to develop pilger mills for the seamless tube industry.

As our long-term goal, we want to become the world leader to provide the tube and pipe industry with a one-stop solution for all the machinery requirements.

USPs
We focus on value addition through high-end engineering. We are a group run by technology enthusiasts with all three directors having master’s degrees in mechanical system design from different IITs. With a strong backbone of industrial setup and a quality-conscious mindset, we thrive to succeed in the new atmosphere, set out with a single goal to do something new and better which is done by investing in research and development.

Our headquarters, machine shops, roll manufacturing facility, fabrication shop, and assembly workshops are situated over an area of 1,00,000+ square feet, making it the largest facility in India among this industry. We have a brilliant workforce comprising of engineers, technologists, machine operators, quality inspectors, sales and marketing professionals, and others.

Our machine shops consist of CNC turning centres, vertical machining centres, CNC plasma cutting machine, heat treatment furnace, surface grinding machines, bore grinding machines, CNC cylindrical grinding machine and many more conventional machine tools, making it one of the most advanced machine shops. We are using state-of-the-art CAD-CAM software to program the CNC machines to produce complex geometry.
