YS: SBMPL’s tube laser cutting machines represent the pinnacle of its sheet metal division. These machines are engineered for high precision cutting of pipes and tubes across diverse cross-sections—including round, square, triangular, rectangular, angle, channel, wide flange, and oblong shapes. It accommodates a wide range of pipe diameters: from 20 mm up to 320 mm, depending on model.
Our technical specifications include:
- Models: PX1660, PX2260/2290, and PX3260/3290
- Laser Power: 1 kW–2 kW (PX1660), up to 3 kW (PX2260/2290), up to 6 kW (PX3260/3290).
- Chuck Size: 160 mm, 220 mm, 320 mm respectively, available in 2-, 3-, or 4-chuck configurations.
- Tube Length: Supports 6,000 mm standard; optional 9,000 mm.
- Loading Weight: Up to 20 kg/m, 30 kg/m, or 40 kg/m.

We have presence in multiple sectors including stone processing, sheet metal, cranes, infrastructure, fiber laser/CNC machinery—spanning domestic and export markets. TPI: In your view, how do you see the future of tube and metal fabrication technologies? What trends or factors do you believe will drive the industry forward?
YS: Looking ahead, several trends will shape the future of tube and metal fabrication. This includes automation and digitization, higher precision, varied power lasers, modularity and configurability, efficiency and sustainability, and a shift to customized, complex profiles.
In automation and digitization, more machines will integrate smart controls and latest industry capabilities such as AI, IoT, predictive maintenance.
For higher precision and varied power requirements, the industry is moving toward 6 kW+ lasers for thicker sections, achieving ultra-fine tolerances and superior surface finishes.
