Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited has commenced commercial production of part of its pipe spooling manufacturing capacity ahead of schedule, marking its expansion into value-added piping solutions. The company received an LOI worth INR 185 crore from a data centre customer, with conversion into firm orders expected to begin in the coming days. The remaining manufacturing capacity is planned to be operationalised in phases over the next few months. 

The early commencement is aimed at establishing production readiness, reducing lead times and enabling faster execution and dispatch once firm orders are received.

Arun Kothari, Managing Director of Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd, said, “The commencement of pipe spooling operations ahead of schedule marks an important step in our expansion into value-added piping solutions. We have taken this step proactively to establish production readiness ahead of the anticipated conversion of our LOI into firm order. This will help us reduce lead times and facilitate faster execution and dispatch once orders are received. We expect the conversion of the LOI into orders to begin in the coming days and plan to operationalise the remaining capacity over the next few months. We believe this approach will strengthen our ability to respond to customer requirements and expand our participation in the growing data centre infrastructure segment.”
