TPI: What is your USP that keeps you ahead of the competition?
IH: One of the reasons for the excellence of YLM machines results from our outstanding R&D capabilities. YLM has 60 R&D engineers, who not only develop the software to meet different global customer requirements but also continuously renovate and upgrade the existing machines to be more efficient and more user friendly.
TPI: What are your vision and plans for the future?
IH: Our vision is to grow and expand even further. We want to open up more branch offices so that if our customers face any problem, we can provide immediate service for them.
We are planning to come up with new laser cutting machines, and bigger pipe bending machines. The best part of the new machines will be that these are wireless machines. We want to make a sensor that can be used in a controller, using minimal wires. Although these are in the idea stage, we want to make green machines to make our environment sustainable.
