Jindal Stainless Ltd. has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of seasoned finance executive Kunjal Mehta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), entrusting him with driving the company’s financial strategy as it accelerates its growth and expansion plans.

Jindal Stainless Ltd. has appointed Kunjal Mehta as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 25, 2026. With more than 25 years of experience across the steel, power, ports & logistics, and technology sectors, Mr. Mehta will lead the company’s financial strategy as it pursues its next phase of growth, expansion, and value creation.

In his new role, Mr. Mehta will oversee the company’s finance function, including treasury, capital management, financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, he served as CFO at Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. and has also held senior leadership positions at Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd., Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd., and Essar Steel India Ltd.

Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director, Mr. Abhyuday Jindal, said, Mr. Mehta’s expertise in corporate finance, treasury, fundraising, and business transformation would strengthen the company’s financial resilience and support its long-term growth strategy.
