Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, has entered into an agreement to acquire 14.2125 acres of land at Kalwas, District Hisar, Haryana, for a consideration of approximately INR 20.08 crore. The acquisition is part of the company’s strategic expansion plans into infrastructure-related manufacturing activities.

The proposed facility will manufacture a range of infrastructure products, including transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles, pre-fabricated structures and other allied products. The land is being acquired from a local seller and is stated to be free from encumbrances, charges, mortgages, liens and other claims.
