Venus Pipes & Tubes has received a firm INR 29 crore order for pipe spooling, marking the first conversion of its INR 185 crore LOI into business.

Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited has received an INR 29 crore order from a data centre customer for pipe spooling solutions, forming part of the INR 185 crore Letter of Intent (LOI) received earlier.

The order follows the commencement of operations at part of the company’s dedicated pipe spooling facility, which was commissioned ahead of schedule. With production underway, Venus Pipes is positioned to begin execution and dispatches. The remaining LOI value is expected to convert into firm orders in phases, as the company operationalises additional manufacturing capacity over the coming months.

The expansion into pipe spooling is expected to strengthen the company’s value-added product portfolio and its presence in emerging industrial segments.
