Anand Seamless to Raise INR 25.52 Crore Through SME IPO

Anand Seamless Limited is set to raise INR 25.52 crore through a fixed-price SME initial public offering (IPO), comprising 35.44 lakh fresh equity shares priced at INR 72 per share. The issue will open on September 22, 2026 and close on September 24, with listing scheduled for September 29 on the BSE SME platform.

Anand Seamless Limited, the Gujarat-based manufacturer and exporter of seamless tubes, pipes and finned tubes, has an annual capacity of 3,000 tonnes for seamless tubes and pipes and 3,60,000 metres for finned tubes. Its proposed expansion will add 90,000 metres of finned-tube capacity, taking the total to 4,50,000 metres.

The IPO proceeds will be used primarily towards capacity expansion, technology upgradation, cost optimisation and supporting the company’s manufacturing facility, with INR 13.20 crore allocated for these purposes. A further INR 5.49 crore will be utilised for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, while INR 3.70 crore has been earmarked for general corporate purposes. The remaining INR 3.13 crore will cover issue-related expenses, taking the total issue size to INR 25.52 crore.

The IPO has a fixed issue price of INR 72 per share. The issue includes a market-maker reservation of 1,77,600 shares, while the remaining 33,66,400 shares constitute the net issue. The minimum application size is 3,200 shares, with applications thereafter in multiples of 1,600 shares.

The IPO allotment is scheduled for September 25, 2026, followed by refunds and credit of shares on September 28. Listing on the BSE SME platform is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
