With 30 years of industry experience, the company is focusing on integrated solutions for industries seeking improved efficiency, corrosion resistance and reliable piping systems. In an exclusive interview with Tube & Pipe India, Mr. Mehul Bulsara, Director, Viral Enterprises, discusses the company’s solutions, evolving customer requirements, technology adoption and future industry trends.

Tube & Pipe India: Please introduce your company and the solutions you provide.

Mehul Bulsara: Viral Enterprise, also known as Viral V-Care, is a supplier, installation and fabrication service provider operating across India. We provide turnkey project solutions for chemical, plastic, pharma, solar, textile and several other industries. We have a specialised pre-insulated pipe, which is used in brine-water applications where the temperature can go down to -40°C. We also offer specialised PPRCT pipes for chilled water, cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum and rubber piping systems. In addition, we provide specialised support systems that are used to protect pipes and provide 100% energy-efficient solutions to our clients.

TPI: What do you think customers are majorly demanding today in the tube and pipe industry?

MB: Right now, customers are demanding a turnkey solution from a single vendor. Customers require the material, the services and the support system from the same vendor. Viral V-Care provides a turnkey solution for all these requirements. This helps us provide the best service and quality to our esteemed organisations, end users and clients.

TPI: What are the innovations or strategic investments that you are planning to undertake, which you would like to share with us?

MB: Viral V-Care has completed 30 years in the industry. Every year, we are innovating our products and upgrading our products. Right now, we are undertaking turnkey projects with AI technologies. We have our own fabrication team, our own specialised project engineering team and our own sales team. This helps us provide the best service to our end users.

TPI: Are you also integrating digitalisation and AI into your factories or somewhere in your processes? Are you planning to do so?

MB: Yes. We are applying it 100% because if we do not use technology, we will not be able to remain in the market. Technology will help us progress as a company. In each and every department, we are using AI technologies, and this is proving to be very helpful for us.

TPI: What are the trends that you see coming in the future of the industry? What do you think will work?

MB: Nowadays, and looking at the coming future, one of the major concerns across industries is friction loss. Another major concern is corrosion. You can say corrosion is like cancer. Industries do not want any kind of corrosion in their factories. For this, we are providing non-metallic piping with specialised support systems and non-metallic wire systems. Through these solutions, we are positioning ourselves as a solution provider for all industries.
